Wee Ones

Who doesn't love a photo of their wee ones doing what they do best? - being adorable!

Photographing children can be a challenge, but I love that about it.  I like to see who they really are and get that in front of my camera so their parents can hold on to those moments for a lifetime.  

If I can capture their energy, curiosity, shyness, sweetness, and even their naughty streak, then I feel I am doing my job.  Posed photos are nice, but I really feel my style is more for catching real smile, real personalities and real actions.

Kids are so naturally photogenic, no matter what they are doing.  You just have to catch them first!

Wintertime Families...

The holidays are such a special time of year!

My favorite things about winter are the sweets and treats, cozy fires, hot cocoa and candy canes, but most of all family time!

I had the opportunity to capture the holiday spirit in photographs for a few families and each was so special!

First was the Emch family with a busy two year old, a three month new little brother and two lovely parents... Getting to photograph some of their goofy and playful moments was the best!

Next is Miss Madison and her parents... Just shy of a year old, she is so independent and full of sugar and spice! Her personality was so mature for her age, and she is a model in the making for sure!

A Christmas tree farm was the perfect backdrop for this family!

These little girls are cute as can be and so photogenic!

Sisterhood is a special thing and these two were dressed to impress for the Christmas cards!

What a great couple of personalities!!!

It was a pleasure and a fun challenge to take photos of this carefree 9 month old and his busy big brother.

Ayden and Liam were just great, and the bubbles were a real treat!

6 Days Precious

Welcome to the world baby Kinslee!

I had a great time taking photos of this new baby and her big sister, Arianna.  Two sweet girls and their beautiful momma!

I really enjoy capturing the moments of a newborn; Serenity, love, happiness, curiosity, tears and yawns. And these are photos that they can look back on once they have blinked and the girls are grown.

I can hardly wait to take more photos of this great little family!
